Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow Angela Miller's 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

5. Order Process & Delivered: Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the orders. Allow up to 15 business days for orders to be delivered. Excluding weekends and holidays.
6. Shipping: Currently we ship to the USA ONLY! All items ship from the USA, CA & China. We currently ship from multiple warehouses. Orders containing multiple items may be a “split shipment”, meaning certain items ship from one warehouse & others ship from another. This is at no extra cost to you! Do not worry, if your items arrive separately. Most items (unless otherwise noted in the product description) will ship within 6-10 business days. Due to nationwide shipping delays/holiday delays, this time frame may be extended, which is beyond our control. Your patience is appreciated for shipping delays beyond our control. Please review each item description so delivery expectations are mutually understood.
